While practicing as a pain-relief focused Massage Therapist, Cyndie Johnson realized that the trend of high-intensity exercise programs was diminishing her client's health.
Good Moves is the story of how Cyndie's experience working with clients on the massage table led her to her creating her own exercise program. The program is rooted in the belief that exercise should make you feel strong and healthy, rather than sore and run down, She has developed a safer approach to exercise purely based on effective movement first and then tackling strength.
Her work eventually led to the creation of a full Wellness Program that she coaches at her studio, Goodwellness. The five-point program is described in the book, it focuses on balancing Movement, Exercise, Nutrition, Restoration, and Community.
