Results that Last: Learn How to Work WITH your Metabolism!

You know the deal. You felt crappy about how you looked and how you felt. You decided to start a new Fitness Challenge. 

You were all gung-ho about this new challenge! 

You busted your butt at the gym to the extreme and completely cut out sugar, carbs, and most of the foods you liked to eat. 

Maybe you stuck to it pretty well for a couple weeks.

The Fitness Industry is my industry. I love many things about it. But I don't love the cycle that a lot of the industry is selling: Feel crappy, start a program, fail. Feel crappy, start a program, fail. 

And on and on and on it goes.
