- Peach season is coming here in SC, so I found myself frantically searching through my files for this super healthy and delicious smoothie recipe. I found it and thought I'd share with you guys!
- Chia seeds are quickly becoming a popular superfood because they're full of vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, omega-3, fiber and protein. Add this small seed to your diet easily in this tasty smoothie option. Gather these ingredients:
- 2 peaches, cut and pitted
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- a handful of ice cubes
Simply add all of your ingredients to your blender and turn to high. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy after a workout or for an afternoon snack.
