Meet Our Staff
Cyndie Johnson, LMT CPT
Cyndie Johnson is the owner and founder of Goodwellness. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist (SC #5489) and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
Cyndie received her Massage Therapy training in 2004 at Florida College of Natural Health in Orlando, Florida. She moved to Myrtle Beach and opened Goodwellness Therapeutic Massage in 2007. At the time, it was the only Massage Therapy office in Myrtle Beach with pain relief as its sole focus.
Since providing clients with pain free movement is her passion, it was only natural for Cyndie to want to expand her services to include teaching and helping them with exercise. She became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and expanded Goodwellness to include Personal Training in 2015.
Besides being a movement specialist, Cyndie is also a devoted wife to Erik, a loving dog mom, and a cool crazy aunt.
Jennifer Thomas, LMT, Holistic Health Coach
Jennifer Thomas is co-owner of Goodwellness. Jenn is a native of South Carolina, and has been living in Myrtle Beach since graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2000. She received her Massage Therapy certification in 2004 after studying at the South Carolina Institute of Massage and Esthetics. She joined the Goodwellness Team in 2012.
With a passion for the power of nutrition, Jenn received her certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013 to better assist clients on attaining their best health. Jenn is also an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and enjoys helping individuals move MORE and BETTER. In her spare time, Jenn enjoys playing with her adorable 4 legged kids, hula hooping, and making music with her husband Jeff. They live in a quirky little house in Carolina Forest.
Michelle Bailey, LMT
Michelle Bailey received her training at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, NY. She moved to Myrtle Beach in 2014 and joined the Goodwellness team in 2015.
Her goal is to address the source of your pain so you feel better today, as well as tomorrow.
Michelle lives in Carolina Forest with her husband Earl, their daughter Sky, and a fun menagerie of pets.
Bona Lisa, Office Skeleton
Bona Lisa is the Goodwellness mascot. She joined the team in 2014. She enjoys lounging out while wearing seasonally appropriate accessories.
