Here at Goodwellness, we are beginning a 4 week coaching group centered around this program starting on April 27th.
In this group you will learn nutritional guidelines and approach to exercise, all with the goal of balancing the metabolism. We will offer support the whole way, and we will track your progress on a weekly basis and adjust the program as necessary. No two people are alike, and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. Over the course of the program we want to find out what works for you!
Each group will be limited to 4 participants.
